Camping during the Pandemic! We couldn't stand it any longer. Most campgrounds in NH are just now opening up. It looks like the weather will be great for the next week (It snow last week) with warm temps and no rain.

As much as I love a good bath pic, I have to say these are my favorites:

I was in my computer room watching Netflix and my wife brought Nike in for bed. She decided to settle into my abundant belly.

Thank you, adopting her was the best decision I've made in a long time.

5 years ago after my OWA of 39 years passed, my daughter who was managing a Petco at the time, told me about an ex-employee who had a parrot that she wanted to rehome. I had never heard of a Hawkhead.

I'd never seen Hawkhead's before becoming a member here. Your Nike is just so beautiful!! Those colors

The amazing thing about this shot is that it was taken with my Galaxy S21 Ultra!

Nike has a darker eye ring & more grey eyes. I think the eye ring darkens somewhat w sun exposure.
Penny's eyes are brown & her eye ring is light.

There are more than one species Hawkhead & one has light white on the head as both ours do.

Penny is a good girl too. I think females are a bit more easier to handle than males but it greatly depends upon the upbringing.

Nike is a gem!!! Looks younger than Penny. Beak is very pristine. Penny has a ridge down the front of her beak & I think many HH do.

Nike is also alot lighter. Penny is over 250 grams.
