Beanie again! *Warning Poo Picture*

Beanie went to the vet and this time she thinks it is either chlamydia or liver disease Poor baby. His symptoms are being itchy, constant eating but not gaining any weight, discolored poo (pic attached), and of course his ratty feathers.

OMG, I have never seen white poo! I am hoping you figure out what is wrong. Poor little beanie.

I think I would forward that photo to Dr. B and pay a consult fee to get another opinion. I am really concerned.

Wow I would get the bird to a vet asap or make some calls. I know all birds need 3 colors in there poo from what I have read meaning they are healthy

He was at the vets yesterday and we are awaiting test results. We should know sometime tomorrow if it is chlamydia but we won't know for about a week, maybe less-maybe more due to the holiday, if it is liver disease.

Good news is that she didn't see any parasites. But, I am extremely worried and scared for my little Bean.

I have never seen poop that is all white before. Please let us know what is causing that when you find out.

Did you get him checked for PBFD? The itchy skin and poor feather quality plus the fact that he's a lovebird have me worried. Is he away from your other birds?

When poop looks like that it can be either panceatic problems or a yeast infection in the gut and all the normal gut flora is out of whack.
