Bean sprouts and parrots

I'm chopping and freezing today Peanuts veggies and fruits, wondering if I can add bean sprouts and wheat germ?

What kind of bean sprouts and how did you prepare them? You can only sprout adzuki, mung, and garbanzo beans without cooking them. All other beans need to be cooked after sprouting.

The thing about "freezing" sprouts is it kills the sprout and the "value" of feeding "FRESH" is lowered...

Store bought sprouts have a huge potential for bacteria and mold. You're much better off sprouting yourself.
