Do you mean the pink on the edge?
In my opinion this looks like a minor trauma, maybe he got his beak caught in something? Or if you have another parrotlet they may have fought. Beaks grow from from the top down, so any colour change would be noticeable around his nares. If he is eating/drinking normally and behaving like himself he will probably be fine. If you notice any changes in his behaviour it is always good to consult a vet.
Meanwhile search around for something he may have gotten his beak pinched in. And measure his bar spacing on his cage
