Bathing/Showering...

How often do your parrots receive these?
At the moment, once a week at my home. I suppose when it starts to get really hot, perhaps once every 4 days.

Rain is HEAVILY misted every other day, and her bath is in her cage a couple days a week.

Merlin would never get wet of her own accord, and is the dustiest budgie I've ever known. Worse than our 'tiels were. She gets misted once a week.

Everyone gets 1-2 a week in the warmer weather and once a week in the winter. That means I basically shower every day with a bird

We're working on Rain in the shower. She thinks it's fun to watch ME get wet, and she thinks it's a fun place to scream, but she's still not sure about it.

TJ gets a shower about once a week. Kiwi has a bowl in his cage that he can take a bath when ever he wants. Usually 1 or 2 times a week, on his own.

most of mine take theirs in the water dish every single day

but we personally give baths/ sprays with a water bottle at least once a week

Theodore will bathe as often as I put out a bathing dish... if I leave it out he will take as many as three a day!!! Charles, on the other hand, will only take one about once a week

Our grey is going thru the WORST molt I have ever seen, we actually took her to the vet this past week just to make sure shes ok! We had been bathing her 3xs week but doc said to give her a bath daily. It sounded a bit excessive to me but he's the specialist so we have given her a drenching bath the last 5 days and also added a humidifier to the room. She looks so much better already and is happy as pig in mud after her bath!

we rotate showers around here , I have it all written down Rudy then Pepper then Opey and Niki so it averages out to 2 showers a week

Bodie gets a bath 6 days a weeks . I heat his room so it's nice and warm after his bath .... He is so spoiled...

Jacob likes to take a bath/shower almost daily. He asks for it so I take him into the shower. Now he is spoiled and doesn't want to have just a bath, it needs to be a bath in the shower
