Bar spacing

Does anyone know the actual bar spacing on an Avian Adventures Grande? It’s supposed to be 1”, but I’m not sure if that truly is between the bars or from the center of each adjacent bar?

If I recall correctly, when I was looking into it, the AA Mediana I have is 7/8" from center to center, not edge to edge. That being said the bars are rather thick in AA cages!

The gap between the last horizontal bar and the grate is over 1.5” some years ago. I sent it back and had to pay shipping and restocking fee on an ss grande!

I sold my AA grande not too long ago, and if I recall correctly, nothing was over 1" bar spacing on mine. I bought it maybe 5 years ago?
