bantam chickens help

Just got pair of bantams male is quite loud , he started crowing at 6:30 am and stoped compleatly at11. Is there any way of stopping him from crowing at an early time?

and to answer your question - no - roosters crow, that is what they do

I had one that I had to rehome because he was crowing at 1,2, 3 o'clock in the morning


from what I have learned - roosters (and hens) do better with a ratio of 1 rooster per at least 10 (or more) hens

they won't drive your hens crazy and it will help the midnight crowing anyway


but in the morning like that, he is just doing what Nature programmed him to do, he's being a rooster and proud of it :)

I enjoy hearing a rooster, no one around here has anymore though :(
