Urgent Bald spot

Hi! We just noticed a nickel size bald spot on the chest of our one year old cockatoo tonight. He’s happy, playing, eating and pooping like normal. We’ve never noticed any plucking. It just kind of appeared. No redness or oozing. Any ideas what it might be?

That is the crop area. There are no feathers over that area. The other feathers cover it so you don't see it unless you look for it.
