Urgent Bald Spot on Chest

I actually just created this account today because of this. Apollo is a one year old conure and my second bird. Recently I’ve noticed a small patch on his chest that I could see his skin from. Immediately this sparked alarm, and that alarm only grew when a week later the patch seemed to grow. Besides the patch on his chest Apollo seems fine. Still active and vocal, eating, poop looks normal so I’ve been left stumped. Is this a sign of plucking and or a disease that I should seek veterinary attention for? Or just me overthinking? Thanks all.

Did you see feathers on cage floor? It would be a good idea to have an avian vet look at him in case there is a skin condition. Any itching?

I have seen a few feathers on the floor, those that match the chest area but not an abundance of them. I’ll most likely take him to a vet anyway.
