Whenever I give my budgies veggies (In the morning) after a while, when they have finished the bowl of veggies, their droppings seem to be very watery. After I give their pellets and healthy seed mix, their droppings return back to normal. Is there a way that I can balance out my budgies diet so that their droppings aren't watery when they eat their vegetables?

Water in equals water out. It's totally normal for droppings to be more watery when eating veggies.

So is it ok if the droppings are always watery whenever they eat their veggies? Or should I try and stop it?

It's natural and fine. :) Watery droppings are really only a concern if its out of the norm and/or you don't know the cause. You are seeing a direct connection to their diet, which means the droppings aren't a concern.
