So what's next? I just got a call from my puppies breeder... She was supposed to be coming on Tuesday.
I'll tell the whole story in the morning when this horrible day is over, but she had to make the difficult decision to put down two of the seven week old pups. I'll be getting one if the other puppies, but I was already attatched to her. What a *terrible* day.
ETA: The mother, and my litter, were diagnosed with Giardia (beaver feaver) when the puppies were taken in for failure to thrive and poor appetite. All but two of the puppies, my girl and one of the boys, responded well to antibiotics. They spent several days at the vet on life support, and just didn't get better.
