Baby Spinach and Frozen berries?

I have recently started feeding my 2 budgies vegetables,but I was wondering if it would be okay to start them on berries and some canned baby corn. But before i was going to try anything new I just wanted to check here just to see if it was okay. Any advice?

I don't see the problem with it as long as they're not sweetened etc, I don't use it but I'm sure others do
