This is Shiloh in my hand in the store where I got him. Since bringing him home I have not been taking him out of the cage because he’s very frightened and I wanted him to adjust and not be scared of my hands.

He is adorable. I suggest you let him get used to the cage. You can place the palm of your hand flat against the cage every once in a while and he will get used to them. Are him flight feathers cut?
