Baby noises while scratches

Hi yall! Just woundering is it normal for a tiel for do baby noises while having cuddles and scritches? I dont mean lil ones i mean the whole shebang, especially when i stop giving him scritches to see if he wanted more like the screech and everything. So is it normal

Hes not dna sexed yet, we just assume hes male due to his personality. other than the occasional waddle loop shows no signs of hormonal behaviours, i equated it to baby noises as i watched a video of a baby teil (before i woke him up for the morning) and it was almost identical! I also only scritch his head and neck, his favourite spot is his cheeks. So im not sure!

I do have to say he is very clingy, and he doesn't belive in personal space

Some birds can make baby noises / head bob when they're especially excited. That's probably what's going on here, especially if he's on the younger side.
