Can someone please tell me how old this cockatiel baby is? My mom found it under the cage and we don’t know how old it is or how often to feed it.

No the parents will not feed it, the moms attempted to harm it and the dad refused to even go near it.
I'm sorry. I don't know how old that baby is. Looks very young. All the "baby" tiels I have seen have been weeks old.
