Not fighting.

These birds are begging because they are hungry and will go to any beak they see for food, including their brothers who are doing the same thing.
Confirmed by empy crop in the second video, and smaller crops in the last two videos.
This is problematic because at this age their beaks are fragile and can be bent, broken or damaged by each other doing these motions.

Be sure you are feeding these birds correctly. MINIMUM 10% of their body weight per feed, or more until the crop is full.
Very important that the consistency is right. A formula that is too watery will result in hungry birds even when there's still something in their crops, they will beg more, won't sleep more and can suffer badly from malnutrition.

Double check everything - birds weights every morning on an empty crop before feeding, as well as the formula consistency and temperature.
At this age, these bird will eat and then make cheep away while they fall asleep within like ten minute of being fed.

alright i will recheck. thanks! i feed them every 4-5 hours except for nights( i try to do the last feed at 10-11 pm and the first one at 7 am. can this be a problem? the breeder told me to do this so their crops empty completely once every day. im willing to wake up at night and feed if needed.) . the consistency might be the problem. honestly i'm too scared to do anything other than the manual that the formula came with: 3 parts water per 1 part powder. i always check the temp and will weigh everyday the amount of feed from now on and will update you in a few days. thanks again

also i have a question i will be thankfull if you answer. at what age should i introduce them to solid food? every website sais something different. some say when they start pecking stuff. well the older one tries to bite/eat basically most stuff he sees but iam almost sure that 3 weeks old is too soon?

I don't know because I cannot see your birds at every feed. Feed when the crop is almost empty (still a little left in)

the breeder told me to do this so their crops empty completely once every day.
Yes that is correct. As the breeder said, the crop must empty completely once per 24 hours, and it is easier to do this during the night.

3 parts water per 1 part powder
What brand are you using??

Give it another week or two. Once pin feathers appear all over and start opening up. 4-5 weeks is a better time to introduce adult foods. 3 is too young. Start with cooked veggies, you can mash them if they eat them easier. Soaked pellets. Millet spray. Offer the adult foods after the formula feed, that is when you'll have the best chance of success of them trying some.

I am still thinking about your ratios, 3 parts water seems thin. Is it really runny?

edit;
click this link and let the page load, it will take you down directly to the post with a video (post #8), I think it can help you;

hey. thanks for the help before.the beacking has stopped .last night i saw one of them has some red skin. most on the neck and some around the beak.waited till today but no change. i always feed the formula at 40 degree C and their brooder is 28-30 degree C . so im almost sure its not a burn. also this has happened to only one of them. im thinking of going to the vet but if its nothing important and maybe normal pigmentation? i fear the trip to the vet will cause more harm than good as the weather is quite cold. this guy is about 25 days old and 42 grams this morning. seems very healthy otherwise and has been gaining weight as usual( about 4 grams every 2 days). do you think i should take him to a vet?

Red skin is usually dehydration, but this is not.

Looks like the skin has maybe been rubbed, is the other bird "chewing" on him? I am not sure what this is.

Perhaps you could send your vet a photo before venturing out into the cold?

They know your cockatiel is not their parent.
Chicks will hunker down and hide under their parents for protection. Dad guards the opening in the tree/cactus/nestbox, mum on top of the chicks should the "predator" get past the dad.

If these chicks have no contact with their parents, given their age, they likely believe you are their parent so will not attack you like your other bird.
