@Mizzely might have had a chance to look into them but I am not sure.
They will be as safe to use as any other pellet they make I would think as they are not prescription but they are also fairly new - I personally would only consider looking into using them if I had a high strung, stressed or anxious bird or the vet recommended them.
B-calm pellet
