I have a cockatiel that has been sick on and off for a while with some sort of upper respiratory problem that has been hard to diagnose/treat. He is seeing an avian vet that I have been happy with but would like a recommendation in case I decide he needs a second opinion. Does anyone have any recommendations for an avian vet in san diego? Thanks
