pineapple pudding
parrot porridge base - (is this okay for parrots without allergies?)
Mayan Gourmet Mash

pura vida - do you have a version of this in cooked mash?

Erica,
All of the mash(cook at home) products you've mentioned are fine for smaller birds.
We have many customers that use the Mango Medley for budgies - we simply chop ingredients a little finer.
No, we do not have a mash type version of Pura Vida.
The Parrot Porridge is fine for birds with no allergies - this is a base mix only; fresh chopped vegetables should be added after cooking.
