Merlin was a Christmas present I have always loved parrots, but I was at a point where I wanted less
animals/responsibilities, so I was torn. Merlin was playing on his play top & I was dusting in our bedroom.
I turned around & he was standing behind me, he was looking for me That was the day I fell hard He's
had my heart every since.

Other than AA, I belong to a couple of FB groups. I've made some really

An aviary, or maybe dismantle Saroj's bird room & move it

I'm very attracted to large macaws, but I really don' think I'll

11. Describe a typical day with you at home with your birds.
Depending upon the season, Merlin gets up around 7:30, has breakfast & plays until around 9am,
then we go to work (I work from home) He has his own desk, he plays, naps while I work. After work,
we play, go outside in his cage & do housework. He's such a great helper. Bedtime 9:30ish
12. What have you learned about owning birds that you would like to share?
I've worked w/alot of different animals. I find that birds are the most intelligent. This is a
double edged sword, its alot harder to duplicate a happy life in our home.

We've (Merlin & I) come along way w/the help of those who may not be named I want to thank AA for introducing
me to a bunch of caring bird owners. Our lives are richer for knowing you.
