Hi. My 12 week old Indian Ringneck had been diagnosed with Aspergillosis following a fungal test. Took 2 weeks before I got the results. Was hoping someone with a similar experience can help me out. Vet has put her on Itra for 5 days then Lamisil (Terbanifine) for 21 days but loss of voice has not improved. This is so far the most prominent of the symptoms. She's fine - good appetite and active, no difficulty breathing.
Has anyone done treatment for longer than 21 days? Would milk thistle help ease liver problems should it arise from prolonged treatment of Lamisil. Thank you very much.
