Are they overweight?

Hello, can anyone help me, please? I have been trying to get my budgies used to pellets with every method possible I think (after months still no progress). I tried to mix them with seeds, wet them, put only pellets for 10 hours and many other suggestions. They always spit it out and won't touch the pellets. Today I decided to weight them after a while. They are quite tamed, but still afraid of many things so I don't weight them often. I found out one is 43 g and the other is 49 g! (it was in the evening but still too much). They don't look overweight in my opinion (i share a photo) but the weight really scares me. Should i give them less seeds a day and see a vet? How many teaspoons of seeds should i mix with the pellets?
Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.

They don't look overweight in that photo. As for the weight on the scale it's hard to tell as all budgies are different. I was worried my guy was overweight at 43g but everyone says he's healthy. Also bear in mind that English budgie's are bigger. You can look it up online to see if you think your budgie's are English budgie's or not.
As for pellets, my budgie hates them. I tried Harrison's, Lafebers, another brand I can't remember, and Natural's Smart Pellets. No luck. What I have to do is leave free choice pellets for him all day, and gives seeds as meals. He usually gets a tablespoon at mealtimes of his seeds. At most he would get 3 tablespoons of seeds a day. (But there are other birds that fly into his cage so I'm not sure how much of that he's getting, he also has a crazy fast metabolism) I'm not if this helps but he's doing very well on this diet.

They look like they may be part English. My male English weighed 59g at the heaviest I ever weighed him and I don't think he was ever overweight.
What pellets and how many different pellets have you tried? It's easier to get them something they like than to try and force them to eat something they don't, just gotta find that one they do like ;)
Do they eat veggies at all?

Hello, thanks for the responses. I also usually put 3 teaspoons of seeds. I have tried more brands even colored pellets (also different sizes - currently Harrison's super fine and fine - i mix them). I remember we have tried Roundybush, Nutribirds.. That's why I am worried they will never like it. I would love them to eat what they love, but with pellets I am affraid it will never happen. According to some info on the internet birds usually like Harrison's pellets but not mine.
Yes, they eat veggie chop every day - usually broccoli, peas, corn, carrots, sometimes cauliflower and sprouted lentils, chia seeds, radish...). They love it. They also like spinach and lettuce. It also took them a while to start eating it. :)
