Are these safe for birds?

I find these everywhere in our backyard and I was wondering if they would be safe for birds, I feed them regularly to my rabbits & guinea pigs but birds are a different species.

Dock, I know some people feed the seed heads but I'm wondering about the leaves

I checked and i could not find any information on the Bitter Dock, but if you feed it to your bunnies it should be no problem for your birds. I personally wouldn't feed it because I don't know for sure.
