Is this a sign of thirst or overheating? The temperature outside is 82 degrees today. He has plenty of drinking water and there are 2 bowls for bathing. I tried to mist him but he refused and flew away. Should I just get him inside. The other birds in the aviary are acting normally and look comfortable.

My lovies will sometimes do that when they get too hot. I don't think it would hurt to take him inside. However, I'm not 100% sure that that's what he's doing, (because I have just about no large parrot experience) so...... :bump4:
