Hello, Welcome,
I am sorry for your loss.

should I buy another patner ?
Only if you plan on housing him separately until (if) they bond.

Heat stroke? Are you able to put the cage in a cooler area? Maybe near a fan or A/C unit? You will want to make sure you can keepthe temperature nice for any birds before bringing more home just yet.

Psitacus hand feed
Formula? Or are those pellets I see in the bottom of the cage? Is she still weaning?

Yes Psitticus recovery formula and that’s chickpea yes she still weaning and they both were always kept under two fans I don’t know but veterinarian said that’s heat stroke I don’t know , here in my country is 36C , previous parrot was active and eating everything in morning and was lethargic in day and died later at night

Outside or in your home?
It is currently 30C in my home, though it was way hotter outside earlier on.

Maybe being so young he struggled to regulate his temperature. You should monitor your female very closely to be sure she is ok, especially in the hotter parts of the day.
If you don't already, get yourself a little thermometer to monitor temperature near the cage/area your bird is in.

Unfortunately, without a necropsy, it can be hard to determine cause of death for sure.

Can you at least get your remaining bird tested for any diseases before considering getting another?

Can you find a weaned bird that doesn't require handfeeding?

Heat stroke is kind of vague, but 36 C is pretty hot for a bird outside. What was the age difference between the male and female? Was the male already weaned? I would take Monica's suggestion and get the female disease tested as a precaution.
