I've had these guys for the past few weeks finishing off handraising for another breeder friend and socialising. These 3 little darlings were my first introduction to Alexandrines and I'm smitten. Fantastic birds, highly recommend them. Will be sad to say goodbye when they go to their new homes. However, there will be more to play with.

With my oldest son, umm, yeah someone was a little hungry and making sure we all knew about it

Just playing

they can get a fake ring so to say. if they are female it never fully comes in. mine had his ring since he feathered out from a baby. he just started getting his full ring in last month so now i know he is a male.

Yeah what Deb said. These 3 are around 12 weeks now. Pretty much weaned (as in taking a couple of gulps of formula once a day then nicking off to play) but keeping eye on them weight wise for another week still.

:omg: Absolute cuteness overload! I bet it'll be sad to see em' go, but as long as you make the most of it now, you'll have memories to treasure while you finished raising them. :D

They are so adorable and you are great to make sure they are actually playing with toys when they are young. So many people don't "teach" their youngsters what toys are for and it can take so long to teach them when they are adults. Good job, they look like they have a lot of fun being destructive as birds should:hehe:

Ahhh thanks I just learnt something!
I never new that. Its very different from the other ringnecks that
take 18mnths to show their ringnecks...
