Air filter/cleaner

I would like to know what air filter/cleaner members are using with good results. The main area is about 20 by 15 feet but it is a fairly open floor plan.
I would like to try to filter some of the dust/dander that Louise releases.
Looking for something effective and pretty quiet.
I've googled but the search results look more like advertising.
What might members recommend?

I personally use several honeywell hpa300 its the largest. I keep it on the middle setting “general clean” the one above “allergen” makes the birds crazy, too loud. I also have one honeywell hpa 200 the midsize one and its a little more tolerable on allergen mode. most ive tried were loud as well. this one cleans well. I replace it all once a year complete set off amazon carbon and hepas
