Advice for starling? :P

I found and raised a week old starling and I've been raising him since before his eyes opened, and I can't find to much detail about starlings other then they are pests.

I've been feeding him primarily worms, but once or twice a day depending on poop colours and stuff there's a mix of egg yolk, spinach, nuts, peanut butter and bananas for his veggies and vitamins. He Also gets mealworms and cheerios.
I'm trying to keep it varied with the food but he eats anything and alot of it lolol.
When should I start giving him water?

He's not flying yet but he's very cuddly, he hides in my pockets and jacket Or will snuggle up to my neck.

If you have any advice for me and starlo let me know I'd love to hear about it!

I do not know much about raising or caring for starlings but we have had a few members here with them in the past. The wild starlings used to love feasting on my fresh strawberries and I did enjoy watching them but I wished they would eat the whole berry rather than take a beak full out of each one they can see lol.
