Adding quotes after posting

Sometimes I would forget to quote a message after I posted it and when I try to edit the message the ‘insert quotes’ doesn’t show up.
Would it be better to make it an option or did I just miss it?

You can go to the post you want to quote, hit Reply, cut or copy the quote from the text box, then Edit and Paste into your original reply.
