I have a small aviary with 4 finches. A breeding pair and their 2 daughters they have also paired up. The cage is 6ft tall and 4ft wide and deep. It is pretty heavily planted. I would like to add a male canary to the mix. Is this a good idea? Or should I make a separate cage? I had a cockatiel in there also at one point but he now is in a separate breeding cage. There were never any issues but maybe it was because of the size difference. Should I do it??

Finches and Canaries are good together. I have about 20 of each together
