Our babies get ACV once every 2 weeks :)

Actually its very good for humans as well...cleans out your system.....I use ACV on my salad, with a little bit of Olive oil..:) yummy:hehe:

I take ACV myself and it isn't so bad. I take a tbsp of ACV mixed with a tbsp of honey to keep my body's ph in order. Keeps me from being sick too!

What a great idea! I've heard that it can really help break down fat and can be used for weight loss on top of just being an all arouind healthful addition to your diet. But frankly, I was wondering how I was going to incorporate it into my diet considering I'm not 100% on the taste. But with some fresh greens, I bet that would be delish!
I'm going to make that tonight. Thanks for the idea :hug8:
