Hello 8 was wondering if I should build my cage with all ss or use glass and use ss for ventilation/airflow. Ppl with glass cages, how is it? Would you recommend it?

There used to be a cage manufacturer that made acrylic cages. They were great in some ways but had several draw backs:

Harder for parrots to move around
Harder to decorate with perches and toys
Water spots / streaks from cleaning ruined the aesthetic
Hard to move; they were heavy and many ended up cracked

I would not recommend acrylic or glass. It is hard to hang toys and perches, makes it harder for the bird to move around, and, well, they can't tell where the walls are if they're clear.
I would suggest just doing all SS.

What's ss? But yes, I would say use wire and not acrylic/glass. They look cool, but they aren't really worth it.

It stands for stainless steel.
