Accidentally used a Bleach soft-soap cleanser around parrot

So I was not thinking this morning and dumped a bit of the Comet Soft-cleaner with Bleach into the kitchen sink today and scrubbed it clean. It's not something I do frequently and I forgot about the bird's sensitivity. I realized it about 10 minutes after that it might be harmful to her (she's a Senegal). I did notice how strong the bleach smell was when I finished. She hasn't shown any symptoms yet, but I understand it can take time. It wasn't on purpose, and I'm trying to adopt her out anyway so that eventually I don't have a bird anymore.

I put the blanket over her cage, then moved her out of the kitchen, then finally after a few minutes moved her into the office and closed the door.

Will that possibly be enough? She's getting boarded tomorrow morning at the vets for several weeks, so if she makes it overnight then she'll be in the best hands possible.

Any experience with this where the bird survived?

Keep an eye on her, open your windows if you can. Do you have an air filter that you use? If so, put that in the room where she is now keeping the door closed. I don't think it will be a problem, but it's good to get the air cleaned out as quickly as possible.

Thank you. It takes things like this to remind me that these windows can be opened
I've opened all the windows and will try that. House needs it anyway, and it's a good day for it.

It seems to be OK so far, though I won't know for sure till tomorrow. She's happily disemboweling a toy from Squawkbox right now and seems pretty active. She'll sleep in here tonight, then tomorrow morning it's off to the vet for several weeks!
