Academic Survey Regarding Captive Parrot Behaviour

Hey there! I'm currently working on an assignment for my Animal Behaviour and Welfare degree. The objective is to correlate and find links between the environment and relationships of captive birds and their behaviour. This is all in relation to stereotypical behaviours and what carers can do to prevent or reduce these behaviours. The survey should take an average of 5-10 minutes and it would mean a lot to me if I got some replies

Yes, it says you can do it for more than one bird, you do one survey for each bird. I’ll sit down later tonight and do it for all three of my boys as they’re all so different.

Two things about this:

1. My bird was 19 when I got him (he is 22-23 now), so I can use the 10-19 range, but other people may have birds that far exceed that.

2. Where was your parrot acquired from?

I adopted him from a Craigslist ad from a private owner rehoming him. So which would you prefer me to use?

I am interpreting the questions about birds being in contact with other pets and children as meaning they are actually able to touch- is this correct?

No option for birds with wings that do not fly...
No option of other for how the bird was acquired so I have not answered as truthfully as I wanted to.

Had to do the survey for times! It was very interesting, it is very motivating for making toys and stuff for birds to play on and just be birds.

I wanted to mention the same thing @Mizzely did. The age choices are too low. All my current birds came to me when they were 20 or older. I think especially with larger parrots you will find they often came to their owners at an older age as they are frequently rehomed.
