Does anyone know why Toby’s feather’s might be like this? It happened after his last moult. They have been normal up until now. He is about 12 years old.

I haven’t seen any swelling. I am waiting until next week when i can get someone to come hold him so I can properly check the area.
They are a delightful species to keep! Toby is an absolute doll. He speaks very well, and even though I’m his fourth home, (through no fault of his own), he is generally good with most peopl.
