Hi! The veggie suggestions that I got last time sadly... did not work. So, I decided to add tiny sprinkles or quinoa, hemp and flaxseeds to my birds veggie chop and it seems to be getting them to eat their vegetables. But, I feel like Instead of adding hemp, and flaxseeds (Since I also add them into their pellets along with other seeds etc) I thought of introducing new foods into their veggie chop. Please give me a few suggestions on what I should add, and how I can prepare it! (Also please provide how much I should provide it to my budgies)

Your help is deeply appreciated!

Budgies are a Grass Parrott. So green seeding grasses are very good for them.
Just plant a pot of their seed every couple of days and once they seed, pick and feed.
You can just put the whole pot where they can help themselves, but they will completely destroy the plants, and be pleased with themselves for doing so.

Thanks for the suggestion! Could you please tell me how to sprout my budgies seeds?

Just plant about a 1/4 teaspoon in each pot, treating the seed as if it was veg or flower seeds from a packet.
Provided it is quality non irradiated seed it will grow when watered and kept in a sunny spot.
