a little birdy i saw tonight

i saw this little finch -it said he/she was a silver bill finch..he/she had this little stick and was doing a little dance while twirling the stick around...so cute..i dont know if it was a male doing a courting dane or a female w/ nesting materials ? i like his/her little personailty so i wanted to buy him/her but i just dont know much about silver bill finches...well really i know nothing about their needs or anything ...thought maybe someone here might know ? hopefully these pictures will load ...

Not a whole lot of info, I don't think they are very common.

So cute! I love the little birds. It looks like it has a mate or partner in the first photo, but I couldn't see the other bird's face. Usually it's the male who does the dancing, but I don't know anything about this species. Females are usually more "into" the nest engineering, more serious about it. The guys like to mess around.
