A light bite for dinner

So occasionally Baby gets on my feet and wants to light bite my toes. It’s nothing that really hurts, but also not a habit I want to encourage. I am paying attention when he does this and just calmly tell him no and gently lift/push/slide him off so that I can move away, but really not sure if there is a better way to teach him about unacceptable or if I should just not let him near my feet? Wondering how everyone else reacts and handles?

Treat him when he's near your feet and no interested or just wear shoes.

i gave up trying to teach her not to, just wore socks. its like my feet aren't there anymore!

Yes Madeleine is the same... mad about feet, there is no teaching her No she just sees it has a challenge so I just cover up...give and take the fine line of bird life....
