I found this information on another bird forum, and wanted to include it here for everyone's knowledge. This is where you can report lost, found, sighted, or stolen birds, and the group is dedicated to reuniting birds with their owners. It's an international database.

They're fantastic, I recommend anyone who's found or lost a bird to go there first!

When 2 of my Cockatiels escaped, I emailed them straight away and they put up a lost ad right away. When I found one of my Cockatiels/got him back, I emailed them to let them know, and they said they would keep the ad up until I found my other Cockatiel and wished me luck and hoped I found my other Cockatiel.

I also love that it's for worldwide, not just a certain Country/Countries.
