I've recently just got my baby mustache from well respected breeders they knew me well so have given me the opportunity to finish rearing him
I also have experience rearing so thats no issue
I'm abit concerned when we got him yesterday
I was a bit curious as to why he had black markings on the feather
I went around looking at other baby mustache parrot none had this on them
He has a healthy diet
Morning - Chop with sprouts
Midday-feed vetafarm neo care formula
Vetafarm pellets
And if we go out he has the option if a seed and veggie ball treat to enjoy

The black marks are most likely stress bars.

I would take him in for a wellness exam at an avian vet.

I agree with the above comment that they look like stress bars. It doesn't necessarily mean that there is a big problem, but it is good to get in for a wellness exam with a new bird in any case.
