My 32 year old Senegal has always been a healthy little chap but I have noticed a change in his feathers lately. Still sof, glossy and healthy looking but I noticed that the feathers on the green V on his front are looking a bit darker in a tiny patch. I wondered if he'd hurt himself - unfortunately he's never liked me to touch his chest so it took a few ninja moves to have a look but there doesn't seem to be any damp.
I feed him a good seed mix with a daily cup of fruit and veggies (carrot, peas, beans, kiwi, pear etc)
Could it be as a result of his age?
