Adélie is one year old today!!

Oh my gosh, the year has flown by!!!!!
She was hand fed for half of this past year and she took a lot longer to grow, eat food and fly than her siblings did but she got there in the end and now she is living happily with her friend in a normal size cage, despite her bad foot.
She's such a wonderful bird and I was truly blessed with receiving her into our family.

Be warned, I'm gonna post a ton of pics n vids (for if anyone missed them or wants to see them again) and just because I want to show off my beautiful girl

Day after hatching, Adélie is the chick at the bottom next to the egg

8 days old, this was day 3 of being hand fed, my hand is messy because I cleaned her beak and just wiped it on my hand

You can see how smal she was compared to her siblings that were merely days older. Adélie was 18 days old here:

This video always makes me giggle

And even when she is ¨supposed¨ to be hormonal and bitey, she´s just too gentle
