overweight

Hello, can anyone help me, please? I have been trying to get my budgies used to pellets with every method possible I think (after months still no progress). I tried to mix them with seeds, wet them, put only pellets for 10 hours and many other suggestions. They always spit it out and won't touch...

Well, I just took my parakeets to the vet and they are all overweight, Jesse being the most unhealthy. I feel like such a failure; I thought I was feeding them the best food but I guess that little bit of seed in their fruit and vegetable mix was too much.
