What colour (?) mutation is my Cockatiel?

So I'm not very sure if I'm using this website correctly or if this is how it works, but I'm not sure what specific colour mutation (is that what it's called?) my tiel is. He's only a few months old, from what the pet shop told me. If he even is a he, that is... anyway, I've just been wondering...

    Need help with this mutation

I need help with this mutation, as she has me stumped. She appears to be edge dilute possibly, but am thrown on the color/mutation otherwise. I had originally thought pallid as well, but her eyes are black, and I thought pallid and cinnamon could only have red eyes? I will include a picture of...

Does the ability to whistle relate to mutation?

As per my other posts, i am getting a baby male pied cockatiel. Does it matter about the mutation with their ability to whistle? For example, at the place they have a cage with a few adult cockatiels and the normal grays seem to whistle while the Lutinos are super quiet. Thanks.

    Is This GCC SF Misty???

Hello! I recently got a new green cheek conure (up to four now!). I was told he is a turquoise SF Misty. I can definitely see the turquoise, but can't find enough info about the misty mutation online to verify it. In fact, I am doubting it. Does this GCC look like it is Single Factor Misty? I am...

    Pictures Weird feet

It took me a while to notice that Tango's feet don't match. Then it was the vet who said she also doesn't have claws at the back. Has anyone got any tiels who are similar? And why do you think Tango has this (unfortunately I think it might be down to inbreeding :sad14:)

I am new here and I have a question. I have a new Zebra Finch, who is interesting. (And yes he is on quarantine away from my flock) I know males have orange cheeks. This Zebra Finch has ONLY ONE ORANGE CHEEK. Is this mutation rare? The other cheek is white and only has a partial tear line...
