Hey! So I recently bought my budgies a natural cork perch which they are loving. I’m interested to try and make them myself as it seems far cheaper to buy the natural cork wood pieces themselves. Does anyone have any advice on how to add the fixtures to the wood and how to make sure it’s safe...

Hi everybody! My cockatiel’s favorite toy is this one I will have pictured. He only chews the cork part! Is there any bird safe cork board that I can use to recreate that? He goes through them insanely fast! I don’t want to buy cork board that has dangerous adhesive. Thanks in advance! :)
