    How to tell when bird bread is done?

    Hey, I am trying to cook some bird bread, the recipe said 35-40 mins at 325 degrees but I already I had to put it back in for 30mins and the middle still feels squishy and moist? Is that normal? I have it in the oven again for 10 more mins. I pinched it together in one spot in the picture...
