I didn't mean to attach the sideways version and can't figure out how to get rid of it.

you have 24 hours to edit your posts, to remove a pic like that -

click on 'edit post' and scroll down underneath the post to 'manage attachments'

click on that and it should open a window with thumbnails of the pics attached to that post -

hover the mouse over the one you wish to remove and you will see a little 'x' in the upper right corner of the thumbnail

click the 'x' and then click 'done' at the bottom right of the box
