Made a big batch of Yummy Mix for the boys yesterday:
Quinoa, Hemp Hearts, RPO, Coconut Oil, Flax seeds, Chia seeds, fresh Kale, a little Cabbage & Brussels sprouts, Texas Naturals Chop, chopped Green Beans, Lentils, Garbanzo beans and Walnuts.
Bagged and frozen for them to have every morning for the next month or so.
