Since he broke his leg and is young there's a chance he could regain use of it with surgery by a qualified vet. I was planning on it costing between $800-$1500. Granted the person would have to find a vet confident and qualified enough to do it, out if Columbus three avian vets only one told me he's done something similar in the past. Just a a heads up.
Thanks for helping a future owner to make an informed decision. Very nice of you to pass along information. You clearly did your research before deciding to adopt. Again sorry it has not worked out to date.
