Yoshi is 2 years old today! 
Happy hatchday to my funny little birdie buddy! 
I made him a cake out of ground tops, almonds, and walnuts; plain greek yogurt; dates; honey; pomegranate juice; whole wheat flour; strawberries; pumpkin seeds; and red quinoa. Of course, he's just licked the "frosting" off so far I don't have quite the excess of photos I wanted as the zoom wasn't cooperating, but I got a few decent ones.
